Virginia Kilcoyne, Esq.

Virginia Kilcoyne became affiliated in the private practice of law with Bruce H. Dexter in 2001, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in the legal community. Her practice areas include residential and commercial real estate transactions, municipal land use and zoning, personal injury litigation, wills, trusts & estate planning, and appellate practice.

Ms. Kilcoyne graduated from Rutgers Law School, Newark, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and in the United States District Court of New Jersey. Prior to attending law school, she received a BSBA degree from Thomas Edison State College, Trenton, NJ.

Memberships and affiliations include Women Lawyers in Bergen County, the Bergen County and New Jersey State Bar Associations, Vice President and Trustee of the Visiting Homemaker Health Aide Service of Bergen County, New Jersey.

 

Bruce H. Dexter, Esq.

Bruce H. Dexter has been practicing law in Hackensack, NJ, since 1974. His areas of practice include: Personal injury law, commercial litigation, and transactional work with an emphasis on real estate and banking law. Other areas of practice include landlord/tenant law, leasing, mortgage foreclosures, commercial and residential real estate, including sales, purchases, and refinances. He has handled numerous zoning and land use matters, including appellate practice.

Over the years, he has represented numerous banking institutions within the State of New Jersey and presently represents Bogota Savings Bank, Oritani Savings Bank, and Community Bank of Bergen County, NJ.

Mr. Dexter was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court of New Jersey in 1974. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1974 and from Rutgers University in 1968. He served in the United States Army, Military Intelligence, from 1968-1971.
